How it works

It all begins with a free, no-obligation 30-minute home visit.

This meeting gives us the opportunity to meet in person, answer any questions, identify key priority areas and goals, and discuss how the process will work, including the level of support required.

After the visit, we’ll provide a clear quote and time estimate, outlining how many days the work may take.

The service can be completed over consecutive days for a focused reset, or spread across several weeks (e.g. one day per week) depending on the client’s preferences and availability.

Our approach

We work side-by-side with each client, going through items together so they can decide what to keep, donate, or let go of.

Nothing is removed without consent — the client remains fully in control at every stage.

Once decisions are made, we help organise remaining items and arrange for safe disposal or donation of anything no longer needed.

We can also provide advice and assistance in sourcing affordable furniture or storage solutions, helping clients create a space that’s both functional and comforting.

Deep cleaning

After the decluttering stage, we can complete a deep clean of the home if needed — either full-house or focused on priority rooms, depending on the client’s needs.

We clean top to bottom — and everything in between — to help create a truly clean, safe, and comfortable environment.

This final stage helps to create a fresh, safe, and manageable environment, offering a clean slate for moving forward.
