Current vacancies

  • Location: Eastbourne
    Hours: Part-time (6.5 hours pw)
    Salary: £15-£18 per hour (depending on experience) + 0.45p per hour

    About the Role:
    As a Rethinkable Support Worker, you’ll provide regular, compassionate support to individuals who may be struggling to manage their home environment due to mental health challenges. You’ll help clients maintain their home environments by building sustainable routines that foster a sense of control and calm in their living space.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide gentle, respectful support with home organization and light cleaning

    • Encourage clients in building independence and confidence

    • Work collaboratively with our team to ensure consistent, person-centred care

    • Maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries

    • Keep up to date notes for all clients

    Ideal Candidate:

    • Empathetic, reliable, and non-judgmental

    • Experience in mental health support, care work, or community outreach (preferred but not essential as training provided)

    • Comfortable working independently and with diverse clients

    • DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)

  • Location: Lewes
    Hours: Part-time (9 hours pw)
    Salary: £15-£18 per hour (depending on experience) + 45p per mile for travel between client homes

    About the Role:
    As a Rethinkable Support Worker, you’ll provide regular, compassionate support to individuals who may be struggling to manage their home environment due to mental health challenges. You’ll help clients maintain their home environments by building sustainable routines that foster a sense of control and calm in their living space.

    Ideal Candidate:

    • Comfortable working independently and with diverse clients

    • DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)

    • Must have full UK driving license and access to own vehicle, as travel between client home is required

  • Location: Various locations around East Sussex
    Hours: Casual / Project-based
    Salary: £14 - £16 per hour (depending on experience)

    About the Role:
    Join our declutter and deep clean team to help transform homes over a number of days. You’ll work as part of a small, supportive group tackling larger clean-up projects for clients who need a reset in their environment and their mental health journey.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Carry out intensive decluttering and deep cleaning tasks

    • Work as part of a team with empathy and professionalism

    • Communicate sensitively with clients throughout the process

    • Follow health, safety, and safeguarding protocols

    Ideal Candidate:

    • Positive, hardworking, and compassionate

    • Strong teamwork and communication skills

    • Comfortable working on your own and taking initiative to complete tasks efficiently

    • Experience in cleaning, professional organising, or support work (an advantage)

    • Comfortable and willing to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) as required
