Collaborative Support for complex home environments and self-neglect

We work with housing officers, tenancy sustainment officers, and health and social care professionals to support individuals experiencing complex living environments. Our approach focuses on safety, dignity, and meaningful, sustainable change within the home.

Following our intervention, we provide professionals with a detailed Outcome Report outlining the work completed, changes achieved, and any relevant observations or risks identified during our time at the property. This provides a clear record of the intervention and helps inform ongoing care, risk management, and any further support that may be required.
